Products and Pricing

We aim to provide accurate product images, descriptions, materials, and prices. Slight differences in colour or appearance may occur because of lighting, screen settings, or natural variations in jewellery.

Orders and Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Tiona Silver may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or incorrect information has been provided. Any eligible refund will be issued through the original payment method.

Shipping and Returns

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, used earrings and piercing jewellery cannot be returned unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Jewellery Care

Sterling silver may naturally tarnish when exposed to moisture, perfume, sweat, or chemicals. Tarnishing caused by normal use or improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect.
